Yes, but I've somehow managed to lose mine. Not a clue where I've put them. Not even sure why I wouldn't have kept them in the box!

I'd say PM me, but that isn't an option unless you support the site. If you want to get me your email I could scan them and send them this weekend, though until I sit down to do so or how many sheets I don't know how long it will take.
