Bit of a fiddly build the 75mm AT gun is beautiful.
Pretty much OOTB, decals from the kit, jerrycans from Maco ( now OOP).
Need to add spent ammo cases.
Crew from Adler Miniatures.

Not only are your builds fantastic, you seem to churn them out!

I am impressed

What has happened to Dragon? I see some kits are still available, even new releases, but most are "out of stock". I do recall the word that they had gone out of business at one time.

But where can I find a Firefly, pour example maintenant?

If you are determined on Dragon's Firefly then you really hav to scour around. They pop upon EBay now and again and some foreign stores have them. (Google is a big help.) I was determined to have a fleet of Dragon SdKfz 251 Ds and searched around until I found what I wanted. Though the basic model is rare (I found just the one on EBay) the variants abound. You can get one towing a PAK 40 or even, as I did get the Wurfrahmen 40 variant and just leave off the rocket racks. The main source was Plana Mayor in Spain which had good prices and cheap postage.

They may not be Dragon's, but the PSC Firefly is pretty good.

Hi deadhead, what about the Airfix firefly?

I have one boxed in the attic. It got bad reviews for the heavy detail and closed hatches, but I like the novel suspension and tracks. I suspect covered in kit and hessian netting, plus some brasswork, it would do just fine.

Glad you reminded me it was there!

But then I want a Ic and hybrid too……….cannot have too many Shermans

Nicely done.

@Deadhead
Dragon do relatively short runs of their kits then when the stock runs out they wait awhile and then do another production run when they think demand is great enough.
Its a way of managing inventory costs.
Quite a few German OOP kits have return of late ( Have a look at the NEW ARRIVALS page of Hannants) so we can hope it will Allied stuff next time.

@Royston, nah just build quite a few and then when the twice yearly airbrush session comes a long a whole batch gets finished in a bit of a flood, then its back to drought.
