Latest rules review looks at File Leader (and yes it is still available). If small scale engagements are you thing, then these are probably the rules for you. link

I've had these rules ever since the first edition was released in the late '80s but I've never played them.

I've played "Once Upon A Time In The West Country" and thoroughly enjoyed them. I have enough 28 mm figures to try these but no opponents as my friend who enjoys skirmish level no longer travels this far. These rules might have enough figures and units to engage my current gaming buddies. Thank you for another good review.

I have them. They are fun. You can always make modifications if something isn't to your taste.

Did anyone work out how to get a pistol to hit anything with these rules?
