I have just returned from a holiday in South Wales looking at the Anglo-Norman castles and the battlefield of Mortimer's Cross. Expect filmed reports in due course.

While I was away I published a new film on the Cow Tower, Britain's first free-standing firearms tower in Norwich. Also the 1549 battle of the Bishop's Bridge in Norwich during Kett's Rebellion agains the Protestant Reformation. The Cow Tower came under fire during the rebellion and was damaged.

My film here: YouTube link includes a very cheeky heron.
