CP miniatures make some lab-coat figures:
link OK, they come with loose alien heads, but you can fit human ones just as well. Also folks in HazMat suits, but with long-arms:

Which is a mix of cat suits and long coats, they have pistols, but a quite conversion could make that more scientific looking equipment.

Don't forget the Stargate figures. You only get 4 character figures in a bag of 8. Oh and a 6(?I think) pack of (3) different goa'uld so two of each. |
