Played a round of our Nutcracker scenario. Its a decent game with a lot of back and forth and a lot of challenge. AAR at the link.

Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you just shoot them instead.

No actual gingerbread men were harmed in the making of this game. We ate them later.

Were they just gingerbread men or gingerbread women too ? Have to be inclusive.

Did some gingerbread men self-identify as gingerbread women and vis verse ?

Or did some self-identify as other pastries, e.g. donuts, turn-overs, tarts, etc. ?

Once we were fooling around and played out the scenario like this: in the midst of an important mission for my team, one of my toy soldiers decided to wander off in search of holiday cookies that had been taken by the "enemy mouse." When he returned, not only did he bring back the cookies, but he also stumbled upon a few "enemy mice" figurines (century-old toy mice) that were now "pledged" to support me! It became a funny moment because nobody expected a simple cookie hunt to turn into such an unusual event.

ROFL!!! I love this! Thank you, for sharing. You made my day!

I was sucked into the scenario by the second BATREP line. Fantastic fun! ROUS's holding a Princess captive… Classic fun!

No 'Dread Pirate Wesley -- I mean, Roberts!' though. Hmmm… Cheers!
