Only ones I have found (so far) are these 15mm from Fighting 15s.

Great, thanks! Not my scale but it proves that lance-and-crossbow cavalry existed, at least in wargames. If someone could come up with a reference to its existence in history, I would build them with the Perry light cavalry set. Unfortunately, I can't find any reference anywhere, and I'm trying really hard.

Drocton, if you search for "Border Rievers" then you'll find quite a few images of lance/spear and bow/crossbow armed cavalry on the Scots-English border. But they're more skirmishers and raiders, not the formed bodies of troops I get the impression that you're after. The only 28mm figures I know of are the Perry figures you say you already have.
