… border again

"One killed, 15 injured as Afghan forces attack team repairing border fence; ISPR says indiscriminate fire from Afghanistan continued intermittently through the day.

Four days after Afghan authorities "apologised" to Islamabad over cross-border shelling that claimed the lives of eight people, armed clashes erupted between security forces from Pakistan and Afghanistan at the border in Chaman on Thursday, leaving at least one dead and 15 others injured…"

Is there a down side to this? Except innocent people killed.

As long as the Taliban/AQ & ISIS-K keep killing each other off is a good thing. Save for they seem to not care about non-combatant losses. And in some/many cases they target them.

I think there is a certain amount irony in complaining about the Taliban regime becoming haven for terrorists given what the ISI has probably been up to and that the Taliban themselves arose from Pakistan.

This stuff just goes on and on….and none of the big powers who have gone in there come out having fixed anything.

We are better off with the Zawahiri strategy, terrorist in Kabul steps out on his balcony with his morning joe, and boom…. We cannot control what they do to each other.

They may be too busy killing each other off[along with non-combatants]to bother with the West.

We are better off with the Zawahiri strategy, terrorist in Kabul steps out on his balcony with his morning joe, and boom…. We cannot control what they do to each other.

Yep, the CIA's modified Hellfire Warhead turned him, and IIRC his brother-in-law, and one of their sons into lunchmeat.baloney The new warhead limits CD. I like the new warhead as it adds a level of terror. Not just being blown up but sliced & diced. Two can play the terror game.

We have said we will hunt you down regardless. There is no statute of limitations on murder. Terrorist, e.g. AQ, ISIS, etc. are murderers… period …

We in Syria & Iraq are carrying on a war on ISIS, etc. We or our allies got a couple of their leaders a few months ago. Seems no shortage of targets.

The only rub is our allies have internment camps for ISIS, etc. One for their women and children … one for the males. The females are running their own ISIS indoctrination of their children. And they are hard corps ISIS followers. Even flying the ISIS flag. I hope they were made to take those down ?

It is similar at the male's camp. Unrepentant hard core fanatical islamic terrorists. What are we going to do with these radicals who call for the murder or everyone who is not ISIS.

I hope someone, the UN, the Hague, etc.[?] comes up with a solution for these fanatics. Do we risk letting them out to do their terror again ? I hope not, they should be interned there, or Gitmo, etc. for life. Those that try to escape should be shot.

Will the Yazidis, Iraqis, Kurds, etc. ever get justice ?

The Taliban vs ISIS … it is good they are killing each other. But IMO the body count is too low …
