Reaper has traditionally discontinued figures, but they remain available when ordered from the manufacturer or when you visit their brick-and-mortar store in Denton, Texas.

I like to order from them in early December, when they toss in a variety of Christmas things and some freebies (I got a pack of Skittles, some paints, and a really buff Santa). During the year, I make a list and add things I like to a list and then place the order in December. When I went to do my order this year, I found some of the figures on the list did not show up on their webstore, and when I asked, I was told they were ceasing manufacture of these figures.
However, they still had some in their brick-and-mortar store and they were happy to let me add these to my order. This requires some hand massaging of the order by their customer service folks.

I think this is the first time they've done this. If you are a passionate list maker, like me, you might want to check to make sure all the items on your wish list are still available, and if they are not, contact Reaper about ordering them.

About a year ago, Reaper discontinued a number of paint colors without giving any prior notice. After a bit of an uproar, Reaper agreed to continue making them available for a short time so folks could stock up if they wanted.

Reaper does a lot of things very well. Unfortunately, communication isn't one of them.
