Hi folks,

I thought you might enjoy taking a look into my latest project! Will they ever end? WoFun sure makes it easy to JUMP into a period and have an instant army!

Are these 15mm or 25mm?

I have read people complaining that spears break easily when trying to pop the figures out of the frame. Did you experience any problems?

Thanks for posting.

@DeRuyter, thank you!

@79thPA, these are the 18mm figures.

Out of the several thousand figures I purchased I had about 3 breaks. Since this is plexi-glass, they are SUPER easy to glue back together and are completely usable.

If you are in the US, find a distributor (Red Raven or something like that) to get one pack just to test with.

I found it very easy to punch all the figures and only had minor issues as mentioned above.

I am waiting for the 3d COLOR printers. Only a matter of time. Nice report!

Eric,

Thanks so much for posting. Though I am aware of WoFun and its many products, I believe this is the first official TMP battle report that I have had the pleasure of viewing.

This is a tempting if not completely viable alternative to the more traditional and expensive and time consuming route.

Looking forward to other posts and examples of ancient, medieval, and renaissance wargaming with 2-dimensional figures.

Cheers,
Chris

The Wo Fun are available in the US from Raven Banner Games.

@Chris, thanks for the kind words! It is so exciting to get the figures and then you have them assembled in a couple days and ready to fight! How cool is that?!!!

Thanks for the link to Raven Banner Games!

When Eric first informed me about WoFun and their fast service, I decided to order a collection. I got them in 8 days from Romania to Wisconsin.
Since then I have bought 3 other periods I always wanted to game but didnt want to have to slog thru the painting – I like massive armies. My last orders came in 7 days each.

Oh and as far as breakage, in four collections I think I maybe had 3 break and like Eric said, just superglue it, easily fixed.
