Tiger Miniatures has three packs of dismounted troopers for the Spanish American war. Available at Tiger in the UK or Recreational Conflict in the US.

Same same for Old Glory In their Spanish American War line. They have both dismounted cavalry and infantry with the Craig-Jorgensen carbine and rifle respectively.

Size wise the tiger figures are somewhat larger and their rifles are quite a bit longer.

I have a mix of them in my collection and needed to cut down the rifles.

I believe 1898 miniatures also makes them, however, they are quite small compared to Old Glory and Tiger.

Which conflict are you interested in? For the West:

Artizan has dismounted Buffalo Soldiers.

Dixon has them both mounted and dismounted.
