Tiger Miniatures has three packs of dismounted troopers for the Spanish American war. Available at Tiger in the UK or Recreational Conflict in the US. |

Same same for Old Glory In their Spanish American War line. They have both dismounted cavalry and infantry with the Craig-Jorgensen carbine and rifle respectively. |

Size wise the tiger figures are somewhat larger and their rifles are quite a bit longer. I have a mix of them in my collection and needed to cut down the rifles. I believe 1898 miniatures also makes them, however, they are quite small compared to Old Glory and Tiger. |

Which conflict are you interested in? For the West: Artizan has dismounted Buffalo Soldiers. Dixon has them both mounted and dismounted. |
