Curious as to Favorite Body of Water a battle was fought on or near (named after that body of water)

For my top 3 – they are

1 – Lake Peipus – the Battle on the Ice
2 – Battle of Lake Erie
3. Battle of Blood River

What are yours?

For me it would have to be the Mediterranean, since it was involved in nearly every era and type of naval conflict, and was the sole seat of several of them.

But I have miniatures collections that sail the Pacific, Atlantic, North Sea, Baltic, Caribbean, Black Sea, Indian Ocean, and on and on…

Not that technicalities count much in polls, but the question is on your favourite body of water connected to a battle, not vice-versa.

I suspect I might like the Coral Sea, but have never been there to check it out…
