Over recent months we have been refighting a series of American Civil War battles to mark their 160th anniversaries. In particular those from the Peninsula Campaign to Antietam. Each has been refought within a week of the anniversary, sometimes twice.

The 160th anniversary series includes: Seven Pines, Gaines Mill, Glendale & Malvern Hill, Cedar Mountain; Second Manassas and, most recently, Antietam.

We have used 6mm miniatures and the Volley & Bayonet Road to Glory rules.

Well done. VnB is a good set for a battle of this size. I did Antietam once with 25s many years ago using VnB.
