What is the communities best option for 3D printed 1:2400 scale? Years ago I had found someone on Shapeways that had an impressive availability for Great War naval in that scale but I can't seem to find it anymore on there.

Try Wargaming 3d there are a lot of Naval files in different scales on that site.

Also there is a game called Broadside Empires of Steel which is Great War naval, but in 1:1500 scale. They just had a Kickstarter for a boxed set, but otherwise most of the ships are stl files.
