About a month ago I placed two orders with Stone Mountain for some of their AWI figures. My paypal payments went through, but to date have received no confirmation of the orders or tracking number. I tried emailing them using the address on the digital receipt to ask about it, but that bounced. I have no problem waiting, but would like to know it is being processed. Can anyone here shed light on this? Have recent experience ordering from them? Thanks in advance for any insights. Dave |

Dave, I have your order and it is being processed. The reason the email bounced is because the email address that PayPal is still including has been dead since about 2003 and we have been trying ever since to get them to correct it. If anyone knows the secret code to get PayPal to make a change I would appreciate knowing it. The reason your order is taking so long is that since July we have been swamped with orders and it has drastically slowed down our turnaround time. And yes, I know, excuses are like a body part that everyone has.  The best way to contact me is throught the "Contact Us" link on the web site. That will always go through. Dave |
