Well, I was going to order the Paddy Mayne figure from Warlord today. $12.75 USD for the figure was fine. The $25 USD for shipping wasn't. Oh well. I'm bummed. :( |

Order like 15 of them and they'll give you free shipping! |

then get a flea market table at Fall In or other convention and sell them :) |

Yeah, I've cancelled or just not ordered some things because shipping is outrageous, from Warlord as well as a couple of others! |

I don't blame them at all. The price to ship anything right now. |

It is just as bad if you try to order from a US company from here in the UK – postage/shipping is getting too expensive. There are things that I would love to order from US companies but it is not worth it, because of the exchange rate (1 GBP = 1.15 USD), postage, import tax, & VAT. |

Shipping costs have indeed skyrocketed, but I still put some blame on Warlord. Several mini. companies I've recently ordered from have shipping rates that are close the same as they've been prior to 2020. Warlord stands out as one of the worst for shipping, even when taking into account the global increases. I mean, $25.00 USD to ship a SINGLE miniature? The thing would be in a manilla bubble pouch about 4" square! I could be wrong but it seems that Warlord is just doing a blanket shipping fee to avoid having to work out an actual shipping rate for a small package. The notion that they "have" to charge the same shipping rate for a tiny envelope that weighs three ounces as they do for a box holding three Epic Scale starter sets that weighs 15 lbs. doesn't hold up. A single mini. has virtually no weight, and is as easily handled as an envelope with a letter in it. $25.00 USD is insane. |

Is the miniature a Warlord exclusive that you can't order anywhere else? If you're able, I would try to get some of Walord's stuff through a site like Miniature Market. They have a decent amount of stock and you don't pay Warlord's ghastly shipping costs. |

I think that Warlord use a courier company for shipping overseas (which lets them use IOSS/ VAT paid for Europe) so the minimum cost is going to be much higher than sending by royal mail… |
