A few of us got together on Saturday to celebrate International Naval Wargaming Day by playing out the Battle of Lissa using 1/600 scale ships and the Sail and Steam Navies rules.
As with the historical battle ramming proved effective, while gunnery not so much.

Well done and great looking models! I've done this battle several times with S&SN. Results have been similar including the unarmored vessels getting hammered. Dave B |
