Apparently there was a small wargaming convention in Lancaster this weekend. Outside of a disheartening scheduling snafu for more than one game, it appears most things worked out in the end.

Here is my rambling story:link

Great report and pictures – thanks from us who did not attend.

Is the cartel kingpin's beloved boat a Chris-Craft Capri 25?

If so, it's no surprise that he loves it.

Thanks for the report. I have to ask, as it's been years since I've been to a con. This venue is not what used to be the Lancaster Host, or is it?

No nnascati. The Host still stands--though it's been purchased and renovated, and is now called the "Wyndham Resort and Conference Center." Fall In is scheduled there. But this one was at the Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster.

Great report as always.

I liked the Marriott and hope that the convention stays here. The place was clean, had a great restaurant, clean bathrooms and it had an upscale feel to it.

Enjoyed it immensely, was afraid of parking but Garman found garage block away and wasn't anywhere near Philadelphia garage rates. Was nice short spans between rooms, bathrooms good.

I'm with you VE. Phone charging is the perfect opportunity for a quick nap.

The Marriott is a great location, my group will be back next year.

Thanks for the report. It has been too many years since I was
able to attend but the memories remain.

Appreciate the review. And by the way, it was much more thorough than the video review I saw on youtube from a different provider. Thank you for all the info!

For those more Gnome-inclined, a write-up of the Gnome Wars events, and some vague info on why "The Mormon Alamo" is now in our vernacular.
