I hope venders did make out, only way they come back. As for me got more battlefield clutter, wagons and forge wagon. |

Picked up some rolls of roads by Deep Cut Studios from Griffin's Lair. They will replace my sand for roads. Plus bought a nice chunk of lead from Dayton Painting Consortium. More Prussians to be painted as Hessians for my 1745 Jacobite Rebellion and War of Austrian Succession projects. Eric |

More or less deliberate purchases: I got the big Samurai residence and a small shrine from Things From the Basement. This will be for Test of Honour. Paint racks/display stands from Dad's Armies. A slew of metal figures for Anno Domini 1666. Some are new characters for me, others will replace plastic figures I have. KGL, Hanoverian, and Brunswick flags from Flag Dude. Somebody beat me to the Dutch or I would have had those too! Impulse buys: Cotton Jim was having a blow out on some Saga/Gripping Beast figures so I scored some nice character/leader types for Triumph! armies. Not so much an impulse as a happy coincidence that a neighbor in Wally's had Foundry Romans and spare shields, which I badly needed. On my last pass through the dealer area I couldn't resist Shieldwall's Sunday sale and headed to the car with four boxes of plastic Perry Napoleonic Cavalry. |

Stumbled across both DAK and Italian motorcycle troops in 15mm, seemingly long out of production by Battlefront. Picked up quite a bit of long OOP ww2 stuff. |

A bit disappointed I was able to resist my impulse buys… which allowed me to fill out my daughter's 28mm sci-fi and 28mm zombie skirmish teams, plus some minor paint and accessories. #girlpower |

Scored the new Blood and Steel. Demoed it in the dealer hall. What a great concept. Was able to see how the game plays before purchasing. Great guys and explained everything thoroughly. Can't wait for the Franco Prussian supplement. Scored 20 expertly painted Louisiana Tigers in the flea market for a great price too. All in all a great weekend full of great purchases. |

Shieldwall Gaming Club had an excellent booth and I enjoyed talking with staff. Bought two rule sets I was unaware of: The Barons' War, a medieval skirmish game, and Fantastic Battles, for mass fantasy combat. I picked up Rogers Rangers, a solo mini-game to keep in my brief case. Next time a business trip leaves me time in a hotel room I will pull that out as my emergency wargame. |

I made a number of planned purchases, but also an unplanned purchase of three rather excellent trebuchets from Miniature Building Authority. The show price was just so good that I could not say no. It just means that I will have to repurpose my Ravenna city walls for a Crusader siege game. I was hoping to pick up a load of figures from Footsore miniatures but I couldn't find them in the vendor hall. I guess I will have to order my Ostragoths on-line. |

Got a huge slug of painted TYW/ECW 10mm figures. The price was good and just could not pass it up. Was looking for WHFB armies but really did not see much this year. |

@Martyn K The "cash & carry" specials they had at the open end of their booth were insanely good. I was tempted by several but when I went back, they had already been snapped up by shrewder folk than me! |
