Looking for an estimate. I am assured my kickstarter "Roknauts" (short, squat SF warriors) were dispatched to "fulfilment centers" in North America on or prior to the 10th of June. I am not thus far fulfilled, or even updated. But I also don't do a lot of this. Can someone who does kickstarters more often tell me when I should move it from "Frustration" to "Legitimate Concern?" |

Shipping from the UK, at least via courier, is back to normal as far as I can tell. Not sure on smaller, Royal Mail shipments, but suspect those are pretty much back to normal too. My guess is any delays are at the shipment end of the process, and those are NOT always perfect. Years ago I waited for a small Royal Mail packet for weeks, that for some reason never left the country, so I eventually canceled it. |

Thank you, Thresher. Now please tell me what "normal" is. |

I received two orders from the UK in the past couple of weeks. One was sent signed and tracked via Royal Mail/USPS. That order was dispatched on 28 June and arrived on 5 July (and might have arrived sooner had the parcel not gone to the ISC in Jamaica Plains to Providence then back to Jamaica Plains only to head back to Providence…). So just about a week using airmail which is just as good as the best pre-pandemic days. I also had a company send a parcel via UPS on 8 July and I received it on 13 July so 5 days total — again similar to what I would have expected before Covid disruptions. In general, over the past year most Royal Mail/USPS packages come in 1-2 weeks, give or take a few days, and couriers take less than a week. |

I received parcels on 2 different occasions from Wargames Foundry in 6 days. Great service! |

Robert, From your "first" comment, ". . . dispatched to fulfillment centers.". This implies that BULK Shipments were dispatched to these Overseas Fulfillment Centers either by Air, or by Sea shipments, and probably via the later. Meaning it could be a number of weeks until the individual orders will be ready to be packed and shipped or mailed in the US. Something in the order of 2 and a half to three months would not seem unreasonable for a wait time. |

Thank you all. That matches with my experience with Irregular, and appears to move my kickstarter into the "why did I bother?" category. Well, it happens. |

I have found that shipments from UK to US take 10-14 days. That has been the usual for me for some time. |

Yea, under a week for courier shipments, and 7 – 10, or 14 days for Royal Mail delivery seems to be the norm, just like in the pre-Covid days. |

Robert, from my limited experience of Kick-starters, try and forget you backed it. Then when it eventually arrives, it comes as a nice surprise, not "Why did this take so long". |

Sound advise, advocate. And when I do get involved with kickstarters, I try to follow it. In this case, the combination of a fairly stiff price and the lone e-mail bragging about speedy delivery set me off. (Word of advise to everyone who delivers by mail: underpromise, overdeliver, and always, ALWAYS give a date by which you'd expect the product to be delivered.) Christmas, then. Not as though I'm out of unpainted castings. |

My experience with kick starters is they rarely come in on time and sometimes not at all. I have learned to hang back until the stuff is actually in production then order it after carefully reviewing any whining about failures to provide. |
