I was looking around and I noticed "Tomorrow's War" had many people on Amazon and Ebay asking $100 USD or more for a copy of these rules. Are these rules sought after that much or collectible? I didn't these rules were that special.

No..they are just OOP so people try and profit from that aspect. They are good rules and all, but not worth that much. Remember that if there are no bids on them, they are just collecting dust.

The author is working on v3 of Force on Force which will be interesting.

The new version if I'm correct is a combination of Force on Force and Tomorrow's War plus some other things. Shawn from Ambush Alley games did a YouTube interview and also said the rules for armor is going to be looked at. YouTube link The YouTube link is posted so you can hear the interview.

There's two copies of TW on eBay now for 28 and 24 bucks shipped. When looking for value or expected price, ignore the highest prices and look at "sold"auctions. Even if it's not available now, if you're patient, one will usually pop up for sale in the range of what they've actually been selling for. I unloaded my copy last month and I think I got 20 bucks or so.
