There are quite a few out there. The term "Franco-Prussian War" might help in your search, it is the most common name for the conflict in English. Here is a Google search with this term:

I know Wargames Foundry had a set of Franco-Prussian rules to go with their figure range but these were published in the 1980s. 'La Guerre a Outrance' by Stephen Shann and 'Les Gens Braves' by John Mills were also early 80s as well iirc, I'm not sure of any F-P rules from the early to mid 70s. |
