Built a kit from Fire Lock's Blood and Plunder line about a year ago but failed to actually take any pictures or post it.
This is their Sloop kit, now a Cutter, with a bunch of after market parts, hand made rigging, sheets, and up-gunned for the blood thirsty people I game with.

Nice ship!
I bought my first pirates 20 years ago, and it seemed like most pirate ships available back then were larger vessels that could take on a Spanish treasure ship. They were, of course, suitably priced. This looks more like the sort of ship that could fight local shipping or land a small raiding force. Perhaps I really need to add some ships to my pirate collection. Grelber |

Shiver me Timbers! 🏴☠️ Tis a fine ship indeed. I recently got into 25mm pirates with some second hand purchases. Added to the fleet with some ships from Etsy and found a table top decor item at Hobby Lobby that I have kitbashed into a ten gunner lanteen rigged xebec. |

Very nice work. Very few pirate ships were the sort Errol Flynn and Tyrone Powell "commanded" in the Hollywood movie. |

I am not to good at posting pics, but will try to do so today. I will say that I suggest waiting for a sale. They are normally $20.00 USD but when HL runs a 50% off sale they become much more affordable. These are basically John Boats of an undetermined scale. I built a deck, cut out gun ports and will pick up ships guns from Old Glory to fit them out. Masts are dowel rods as is the norm with other ships of this type. The paint job was okay with me, but that is up to the individual. I found a link to HLs site that might work for you. link |

That hull has a lot of potential. You are correct, old Glory 25 has a bunch of fittings and guns to fix up kit bashed models. I've been using their parts for years.
