Ordered some Timecast 6mm resin houses from BTC and I cannot articulate enough how amazing Doug's service was. Probably one of the most smooth and speedy experiences I've ever had buying anything online let alone wargaming stuff. He even was kind enough and considerate enough to send a replacement part. He doesn't need to do that, but he did and that right there, that kind of service is why BTC, going forward, will be getting all my 6mm business. |
