Mike, the trophies and old equipment are great, but you need to find a different backdrop for this batch. The blue sky and clouds make it look as though Batman has emptied out the Batcave on the grounds of Wayne Manor for spring cleaning. (Momentary pause while I wonder how he gets IT support. His system never seems to crash, and I know novelists who pretty well kill a computer per book.) |

Robert your are correct. Right now I am just sorting out items for inclusion in the trophy room. The room itself will be more cave like. Mike Bunkermeister Creek |

I am curious about the scales of the Batcycle and the 1940s Batmobile. I know there was a supposedly 1/50th scale cycle made, that is huge. I have that one. Closer to 1/32 scale. There is also a Jada 1/65 cycle that looks to be small. As for the Batmobile, I know there are a few different ones out there of various scales. Some look really large though, despite what the scale might say on the box. I am looking to use them with approximately 28mm figures (Heroclix) for some games. Thanks |

What is the deal with the giant penny? Ive seen it in the odd comic Ive picked up but I'm not a bat-geek. |

Quartermass: The giant penny originally goes back to the early years of Batman and the villain Penny Plunderer. Batman used the display item to help stop the villain. It then became a trophy in the Batcave. Since DC has changed things around over the years, otherwise Batman would be about 100 years old, the exact origin changed but it is still one of the most famous trophies Batman has. |

pvi99th These items are Hot Wheels and the Jada motorcycle, figures are 1/72nd scale. So too small for Heroclix or other 28mm figures. Mike Bunkermeister Creek |
