Can green-catted SYW Prussian jaegers be used as any of the Germanic soldiers sent to fight in the colonies? Thanks. |

I am currently using Minden SYW Jaegers for that very thing. Fife & Drum has AWI specific but the Mindens work for me so I will most likely not replace. So my answer is: Yes. |

To clarify, I am not speaking about unpainted castings -- I am asking if already painted figures can be used in the colonies. |

Yes, Prussian SYW jagers can be used for German jagers in the American Revolution. But Jim's Fife & Drum jagers are very nice sculpts -- link And he's in your next-door state! Jim |

Yes, I have Old Glory 25s Hessian jaegers and use them for SYW. I also use their SYW as Hessians and Brunswickers in the AWI |

Yes. A Prussian jaeger miniature would be indistinguishable from his counterpart of Hess, Brunswick, Hessen-Cassel or Hanover. |
