And many people seem to insist that the Ukrainian estimates of total Russian casualties are "unrealistically too high!"

You don't get 13- man companies without horrific casualties and/or equally horrific desertions/MIA.

Again, I think this war will end sooner than many talking heads predict when either 1) Putin is deposed/fragged, and/or 2) The Russian Army simply collapses and walks home, much as the German Army of did as soon as the Armistice was declared.

Keep kickin' 'em, Ukies! The whole rattle-trap could come down like the walls of Jericho.

While it's believable, it's not clear that the source he's translating from is real. There have been hundreds and hundreds of fake accounts and there's a lot of propaganda out there.

The 752nd Guards Motor Rifle Regiment is part of the 3rd Motor Rifle Division. They were involved in the Kharkiv and Izyum theatres. The division is equipped with more Т-72B3s, BMP-2s, BTR-80/82Аs, 120mm self-propelled mortars, Mista 152 mms and BM-21s.

The Ukrainian defenders comprised of the 91st Air Mobile Brigade and TD forces.
