Nice! I recognize the broke bad WALL-E scouts, but where did the larger warbots come from?

The larger warbots are Terminator toys from about two movies ago.
The Wall-E I got from Dollar Tree on a card. They sell a bunch of Disney figures. I cut of their base and repaint them.
