Played my first competitive game of The Silver Bayonet; this was with three players. French, Prussians, and Russians search for an artifact while taking on revenants. I've posted a report on my blog:

Great report and looks like it was a magnificent game! How did you modify the initiative/turn sequence to accommodate three factions?

In our first game, the French heavy cavalryman never dismounted either. But for next Wednesday we're going to be playing Scenario 7 which features a fortified farm. He may have to dismount for that one, unless he just runs around the perimeter hacking at Austrians and ignoring the monster…

Thanks! The rules provide for multiple players, you just add a third player, who activates all their figures, after the second player portion of the turn.

Good AAR, I enjoyed reading it.

Nice report. The winter scenery went well with this game.
