Just starting off in FIW using 28mm figures from Redoubt.

Now looking for painting guides for French and British line infantry as well as the like of Roger's Rangers, Franches de la Marine.

Also, indications of any "warpaint" schemes for the locals, particularly if there was anything that differentiated one tribe from another.

I will be using Vallejo paints.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Check out the Galloping Major Miniatures website. They give some history and some good painting advice.

Now if I could only get some of their figures on this side of the pond.
