Hi all.

I just wanted to relay my positive experience with OldGlory15s.com.

I placed an order earlier this year. It took a while to fill, but the company was fully transparent about their holiday volume so I was not concerned.

Unfortunately the first package opened in mailing and I only received one of the six packs I ordered.

I notified OldGlory. Steve and Andrew turned around a new package with the missing items very quickly and free of charge. I received the second package within a week of the first.

I appreciate the responsiveness of the company and the great customer service.

Thanks,

Rob

Companies like this are the ones worth dealing with. My brother had the same experience with Pendraken.

I consider these to be neutral experiences. To me, a positive experience is not messing up your order in the first place. I am happy that it worked out for you. I haven't dealt with them in years because I started collecting other things; my past experiences were positive.

79th PA, they didn't mess up the order. It said the first pack opened in mailing and one pack was lost.

My bad. I interpreted the sentence as you opened the package and it was missing items. Apologies.

No worries 79th. Have a good weekend!
