"Every Little War question" Topic

Hey all- has anyone dealt with this company? I looked up feedback for them and they came up as "trustworthy" in a couple of searches.
Three weeks ago I placed an order and got a notice saying it could take up to fourteen days for orders to dispatch. It's now been twenty-one days and I have not received any kind of contact.
I've tried three times to contact them just for an update as I understand things have slowed down lately. Is this company known for being silent but competent or should I start worrying?

Silent but competent maybe the way to describe it. I helped out around the factory for a few days a couple summers ago. I have never seen such an organized miniatures-related company. Business side, technical side, marketing side, all squared away.

I'm not sure what's going on there, but I'm sure you'll get your order. Everything has been topsy turvy for a while. My advice would be just keep trying to contact them.

@Andrew Walters- thanks! That's good news to hear. Ironically enough they quietly shipped my order the same day as my post here(4/20). It should arrive by Saturday(tomorrow) and I'll hopefully find everything is in order.
I do want to order more from them so I'm really hoping everything is as expected.

Latest update. Package arrived. Unfortunately it's missing all of the acrylic details that were supposed to be included with the kit. I messaged them on FB messenger. Hopefully I'll get a response in a few days.
