I assumed when I had mine they were Ailette.

Note the dates in the article for when ailettes were used. They wouldn't match the shields or just about all of the helmets.

Yes the Ailettes are on all Fireforge's Knights sprues as the base models are the same which I guess saves on production costs. It's mostly the shields and helmets that change in each set so you need to mix a match a bit to get the right look for for the period you are aiming for.
