Well we are through the first quarter. I had been doing well till this month. Had a bit of a lapse and the Ragnarok II KS came in. Still painted a lot but bought a bit more. Here is a link to last month

Ouch that hurt a bit, but no real plans on getting anything new for several month.

I bought one S/F figure.

I painted 11 Pathans and 22 Bolsheviks, for a total of 33 figures.

So, a positive month overall.

YTD, I've purchased 37 and painted 73. I'm ahead for the year, and still within reach of my goal of painting 300 figures this year, though I will have to speed things up a bit.

Still rock steady at Zero purchased! However, completion rate went down and only finished 24 28mm marlburians and a few small scatter terrain pieces

March, went OK. I eventually finished repainting those 2 rather ropey Bns of French line, based them and a Bn of Young Guard.

YTD looking healthy. Next up for April are another 2 battalions of French line, which are if anything in even a worse state that the ones I did in March. Nasty flaky paint, probably due to not being washed properly or undercoated (they were an ebay 'bargain'). I've given them a firm brushing with a dry brush to remove the flakes, then painted them all with dilute PVA glue. Now starting to repaint them, I think the PVA should hold OK once they are on decent bases.

If I finish thes, then next up are a couple of Austrian Bns that I'm going to paint convert to Baden.

Not a good month, got a couple good ebay deals and an Amazon order. Also spent most of the month painting for others(s0 I have more to spend on myself).
