I placed my order on 2/14/22 and have not received it yet. I have called twice and sent an email. In my second call I was told it would be sent out that Friday. That was 2 weeks ago. No response to my email. In my first call I was told that a caster was down with covid and they were behind. The company casts as you order, meaning they have nothing in stock. In comparison my order with Eureka took less than 10 days to fill and send because they keep items in stock and let you know when they are out of stock. This has happened several times before. From now on I give my money to a company with better service.

That's too bad someone was sick and a company gets behind. No one has any compassion for what small businesses are going through in this pandemic. They probably are better off with you not order from them. It is rough waiting for toy solders.

Jsmcc91,
I agree with you this pandemic has really screwed small businesses. But, that doesn't excuse lack of communication. I think Nick Pasha would have been satisfied if he had known the situation earlier. I know I would have certainly understood.

I sent an order 2/27, and have yet to get a response after I waited a month before sending a query. Thanks Nick for at least giving me a reason why, the company sure did not. I have done a lot of business over the years, not so sure now. Not sending the product is one thing, stuff happens, but not responding is something else.

True Nick, If there is Covid and no one is there to answer the emails or phones, that I can understand. It's a small business of 2 people, so if there is a sickness like Covid, it is going to be hard to get anything out IMO. I just found out that a supplier after weeks of no communication is shut down. The whole city and province has been shut down from Covid. It is a crazy time we are in. It helps to get all of the ways of communication on mobile.

I understand the difficulties in running a business during a pandemic. However this situation of late delivery and lack of communication came up several times before the pandemic. The problem I see is with supply. It is obvious that the company won't cast until they get an order. Not having some stock available can cause a backlog. Not letting me know the problem immediately is wrong. In 30 years of teaching I learned that leaving people hanging, not knowing the problem and not getting back to the customer causes dissatisfaction. If I had done this to parents I would have been fired. Good customer service is essential in keeping customers happy and keeping them customers. Knowledge is necessary to have patience.
