David Hollins, in the Osprey No. MAA299 Austrian Auxiliary Troops 1792-1816 says the Le Loop "Adopt[ed] Tyrolean uniform". This he describes as "the 1769 infantry jacket in pike-grey (hechtgrau) faced grass-green with yeloow buttons. The headgear was officially the kaskett, but many wore traditional Tyrolean headgear, notably the round hat turned up on one side". Plate E1 "Tyrolean sharpshooter 1792" additionally shows hechtgrau trousers, black gaiters * to above the knees, a brass-hilted short-sword or sword bayonet and black leatherwork. * Boots were also possible.
