PDF link The November 1990 chronology here is a sort of summary of the main CFE articles, including gross numbers for the treaty +40 months. link Lastly, this SIPRI research report on verification includes the zonal treaty limits, statistics, and residual holdings for all signatories for 1995, which is treaty date +40 months. I could not find the national reported tables at the OSCE web site, but I am sure they exist. The UK MOD publishes a yearly CFE report. The one linked here, for 2013, has the annual reported ceilings by vehicle and aircraft type from 2009 to 2013 for all signatory countries. Not the 1990s, unfortunately, but as these are public documents, I'm sure you could get them through interlibrary loan. PDF link |
