Not sure if the link will work but I wondered if anyone had tried this game yet? Looks like it could be fun (or not?) YouTube link |

The reviews I found do seem to suggest it is fun but they also suggest making copies of the maps, otherwise they can only be used once. |

I have this book/game and am very pleased with it. The sensible thing to do, to avoid spoiling the book, is to make a copy of the map, glue it on thin card for durability, put in inside a transparent plastic wallet and write on the wallet with water-soluble marker pens. After many games you may need to replace the wallet – but a pack of these is very cheap to buy in stationers or WH Smiths. I'm considering making a 3D terrain model of the map and using 3mm troops as counters that can be moved/removed as necessary for a more aesthetically pleasing effect. I see no reason why the system/rules could not be adapted for other black powder era battles. |

I saw this on the Worthington site and thought it was interesting, but I don't think I can take any more Waterloo anything at this point. But if it is a solo system that can be converted, to other battles, that would be great. I already have French and Austrian 3mm and scenery, buildings. Thanks for the link. |

Not seen anything too negative, as yet, so it remains on my list to buy (eventually) |
