What are the options for metal weapons that are fit for Barbarians, orcs etc. Not too primitive and not too refined and with oversized blades. |

Several of the types from Essex Miniatures 28mm "Weapons & Equipment" line might be useful: X10 Bardiche, X36 Hand-and-Half Sword, X50 Romphia, X52 Assorted Tools (a nice big sledgehammer there). |

Alternative armies have the Fantasy Warlord range where all the miniatures are open handed and they sell weapon packs to arm them including an orc weapon pack which might be of use. link |
