"They crossed the River Isen on Midsummer's Eve, disguised as riders in black."
Hi Everyone, I have been painting these Nazgul that I bought off e-Bay. They are 28mm conversions that somebody made with Milliput and they are full of character. When I got them I found they were a uniform black. Recently I read about how to paint black using "shades".I added dark blue to black for the robes and brown to black for the horses. I think it gives more contrasts. I think whoever made these Nazgul has done a good job of making all of them different. Hope you find this interesting. Comments and crits welcome. More pictures over on the blog. kropotkinspage.wordpress.com |

I've thought about using a white wash, Pledge Floor Gloss + acrylic titanium white paint, aka, Magic Wash. Cheers! |

Surely the venereal term would be a "Shriek" of Nazgul… |
