Not sure what this really is supposed to be, since the Topgun II movie keeps getting pushed back, and from the vectors I'm seeing, may never be released in my lifetime.

Anyway, for you 6mm gamers, there's an excellent, prepainted and preassembled option for futuristic Hypersonic, Orbital, or Sub-Orbital, Stealthy Strike Bombers, and/or Fighters at Walmart, in the toy section (in the aisle where the Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars are sold).

$3.00 USD each, and ready for battle right out of the package.

These are capable of Mach 5.0+ in the atmosphere (rumors are it is really a Mach 10+ vehicle, but those are unconfirmed), and can carry multiple 5 – 10 megaton bombs, and/or autonomous, precision-guided smart missiles.

See here for an image of the aircraft:

I believe that is Darkstar from the Matchbox Top Gun – Maverick – Skybusters series.

Yep, that's it, but only $3.00 USD, not $10. USD

It's $10 USD if you buy it from that other guy! LOL

I believe that there is a Walmart between my job and home.

Thanks for the tip.

(Just checked -- it'll be about a 2 mile detour on my way home.)

You are welcome.

They seem to sell out pretty quickly in my area – probably eBay sellers cleaning them out, but they also get replaced pretty regularly.

Best to check early in the AM, if possible.

I picked up a few at my local grocery in the toy aisle.
