Nicely done and well presented! But it I were garrison C.O., there would be no tree within bowshot of my walls. Sometimes the natives aren't friendly. |

Beautifully done! I always thought it odd that this model was so obviously supposed to be one of the forts on Hadrien's Wall, but it was sold as a generic 'Roman fort'. Maybe it needs to be reset on a bleak windswept escarpment, with a wall running left and right, and barbarians beyond the gate heavily armed with deep fried mars bars…! |
