I know Flames of War has them, but who else?

QRF have discontinued theirs, awaiting new ownership, but I still have some stock:

The QRF figs are quite nice.

A pity the Battlefront people don't still produce metal figs anymore.

I have a mix of both. Lucked out as my BF are metal

I wish I had bought some back in the day.

I hate BF's penchant for abandoning/discontinuing/obsoleting so many perfectly good vehicle models, and troop ranges.

Seems to me there is plenty of demand for them, and that they could just remake the molds, when/if needed, in order to keep them in stock.

Their original WWII infantry sculpts were very nice, but sadly, some of the other subsequent ones were far inferior.

Now, presumably, the plastic ones are decent, but like many people, I prefer metal minis to those made of plastic.

Their metal, Cold War minis looked to be quite nice too, from photos I've seen of them.

Oh well, perhaps someone will see the light, and produce some nice looking, metal WWII and Cold War minis for us once again.

Essex make some very nice, 15mm, metal WWII minis, though I wish their range was a bit more extensive. Could use some expansion on their current offerings, as well as new ranges too, e.g. Soviets for starters.

With the cost of casting metals ever increasing, you can't blame a business wanting to be able to stay in business.

Best rule of thumb in this hobby is if you like it, buy it, because it isn't going to around forever! Well, that's what I tell myself anyway…
