I'd never even heard of Sgts Mess before. It's unclear from their website. What scale do they make?

Thanks. I've been looking for 15/18mm RAF ground and air crew, but 20mm is going to be just too large.

HMS Exeter try looking @ peter pig as they also do spare heads for 15mm and men in overalls.

I have PP's Downed Luftwaffe Aircrew, but I want figures in a more, "just standing around" posture to represent the RAF personnel stranded on Crete before the air assault.

Thanks tho.

I'm glad you did post. I've had almost the identical issue with the same company. I ordered in early November, began sending Sgt Mess emails in mid December and haven't heard a thing. I'm about to file with my bank to receive a refund, though I'd so much prefer to receive an email saying "sorry for the delay, the products are on their way." I was about to write that I'm worried something has happened to them, but your line about the deleted Facebook post makes that seem unlikely. I received products from them in a timely manner just over a year ago, I wonder what's going on there. Anyone else experiencing this?

I would certainly let paypal know about the error.

I had an issue with them a few years back. I dont think they are PC savvy and there may be health issues too. Small cottage industry biz. I did get my stuff.

I suppose most of us have a tale of woe about at least one miniatures dealer. I got into Weird WWII because I was impressed by a line of great 35mm figures from England & got all of those available (5 dozen Brits, Germans & Russians); I've run many convention games with them (& still do so). I was probably their best U.S. customer & I passed out their handbills at my games. My last order was for new minis (U.S. troops soon to be added to the range) & totaled about $160. USD Since previous orders took from 2-4 weeks to arrive, I wasn't concerned until 6 weeks passed. My emails got the response that the figures would be cast & sent soon; I even made a trans-Atlantic call, left a message & got no response. I never got the figures & I'd missed the window for a refund on my credit card.

That's a good point. I guess they're playing games.

Try their website that looks like it just went into action as it has a 2022 copyright. It's a bit clunky and by that it keeps loading more items as you scroll down. When you finally get down to the end of a sub division section such as figures or vehicles then there is a contact option to click on and it takes you to a section to file your name and a message.
Don't know if they'll respond but it appears to me they've likely abandoned their Facebook site or not using it. There's a lot of that going around with Facebook.

I placed an order with them on 17th Octoberthe day after visiting their stand at SELWG. They did not have the items I wanted. I got the automatic confirmation of order, and then heard nothing.
I chased them with an email on 9th December, again no response .I Got a refund via paypal yesterday.

Its a shame as they make some unique stuff.

it appears the author of this thread has removed all their original posts? was this purposeful, or a glitch of some sort? Did you hear back from the company?
