Hi, I've finished the limber from the kit n°6018, i attempted to build it when i was young, so i'm glad to have taken mu revenge on it ! It's on a base for DBA, and i've magnetised the guns so they could be swapped to be on the artillery bases. Err, umm, ahh… fantasy? The 'French' never had limber riders we are told…. And ordinary drivers didn't wear fancy uniforms, but otherwise nice work. |

Beautifully realised but the Itallieri product's format is a complete fantasy. The horses were riden by the men of the train and the idea of limber riders thrashing their own men or horses Western stagecoach style is bonkers. French artillery used an A frame carriage. Best wishes, Chris |
