Just wanted to give a shout out to Jim Purky and Fife and Drum Miniatures. My order was posted on the 8th of December, maybe a day after I submitted it and it arrived at my work station here in Camp AJ in Kuwaitistan today. This is the second time I've ordered from Jim whilst deployed and he comes through…again…this time with lighting speed. The figures are wonderful (Prussians for Hessians in the SYW period) and everything arrived intact. Must have been because I have Hussars in this order they got here so fast. Thank you Jim! Cheers;

Agreed x 2. Mr. Purky is awesome along with his miniatures. I met him at the SYW convention a couple years ago and he is a super nice guy. Gearing up for a post Christmas reinforcement order to complete some units. Just have to send the final requisition to the Ministry of Finance for approval. :) |
