I am watching Kolchak the Night Stalker series on bluray tonight, and it got me wondering if there are any good miniatures to represent this iconic character?

Suggestions?

This is my first time posting in many many years, so my apologies for the rust on my post.

PS the bluray series, and the two movies, are good old campy fun.

Sorry for the double post, not sure what happened there.

Bob Murch's Pulp Figure range has one in one of their sets.

I think Reaper has a detective looking guy that might fit the bill. Although he may be a bit better dressed---Kolchak was always scruffy looking!

Insomniac, That figure with the hammer and stake it's pretty close. Cut off the tools and you pretty much got the guy scruffy coat straw hat. Good call.

Chuck05, Which particular figure did you have in mind from pulp?

The Kolchak figure is found in the "News Hounds" set in Bob Murch's "Gangland Justice" range.

That "News Hounds" figure is perfect.

One of my favorite shows when I was a kid. Used to scare the hell out of me at that age.

Watched the shows again and ya, very campy, but very entertaining. I knew of one of the movies, I'll have to look for the other.

They still scare me now. I got the boxed set with both movies from my dad's collection after he passed.

If there ever was such a thing as a real vampire, the guy in the Night Stalker movie would be it. It scared the hell out of me as a kid. Still find it disturbing somewhat.

The other movie was the Night Strangler. I own the movies and the series. I also am quite fond of them.

Thanks

John

Strangler is online for free. Will watch while painting soon.
