Were M125 mortar carriers used much? I have found a couple of photos, but no TO&E info nor anything in the way of memoir material. Infantry units? ACAV? ARVN? Any help gratefully received.

Once again I'm indebted to you Ferd45231. We're having a re-hash of the rules we use and SWMBO is keen to have her mortar carriers on the table – we're not so picky as to refuse to proxy M106s as M125s so they will stay in her OOB. The minimum range of the 4.2 mortar is way too long for our table and 28mm figures!

I was in mech inf and cav units in the 70s – 80s. We used the M125 in all these units. It was the company level mortar.
