This time the Schützen of the grenadier companies, Alan Perry did again a lovely job using research and sculpting skill to create those miniatures, showing the right equipment and loading poses, I applaud such great determination to create a quality product.

Again I was experimenting with Contrast colours – this time I used GW Bone Wraith from a rattle can for priming, and the blue was a mix of Leviadon Blue and Talassar blue, the whites are painted conventionally and here and there a touch up of red and yellow to enhance contrast a bit more.

The flesh parts were also a mix of Contrast and conventional colours.

Expertly done. Plumes for mine are sensational.
