Anyone else having problems getting a reply from Northstar miniatures? I sent them two emails concerning badly bent and broken barrels on their NWF Sikh and Punjabi figures with nary a peep back from them. I know this is the busy season but it's been over a week with nothing but crickets. I love Artizan Design figures but a 25% loss rate due to breakage in the packaging due to 180 degree bent barrels is a bit much.

I have ordered a reasonable amount from North Star over the years. Overall, I'd give Nick a 5 star rating. I even had to return some Crusader figure I didn't like and Nick was great about it. He even absorbed the return postage. I'd presume something other than intentional avoidance.

I agree with Marcus B. I have had many dealings with Nick and all have been perfect.

It might be something to do with the silver bayonet game coming out with mc cullough games they tend to get snowed under. Living in the UK i always deal with them by phone and any problem is always dealt with in good time.

They also recently had a sale and were overwhelmed with the response. My guess is they are very busy but will eventually respond to you.
